Specialist in multi-technical building maintenance and in the implementation of all aspects of works, EMALEC is a fast-growing company (53M€ turnover, 350 employees) that is active all over Europe. Its policy is to internally control the construction, monitoring and management of all technical services for buildings. Its subsidiaries work in synergy to provide its diverse clientele with a service tailored to their specific needs, while guaranteeing that they comply with procedures and regulations.
The Multi-technical profession has no less than 200 skills at EMALEC. An HR structure is in charge of delivering the competencies to each technician and technical assistant, the aim is to match the technicians’ competencies to the contractual needs and to have the technicians be as versatile as possible. Thus, the planning department will affect the right technician with the right competence, on the right service in the right geographical area.
In 2017, EMALEC became part of the SAMSIC group in the aim of creating a technical division within SAMSIC’s strategy which consists in offering businesses an Integrated Delegated Management package in all European countries.
