This is data that you voluntarily provide to us by filling out and sending your request via the contact form on the page: emalec.com/contact
- This data includes: first name, last name, email, company, phone number, subject, and message.
- This data is not stored in the site’s database but is sent directly by email to the following address: commercial@emalec.com, which receives contact requests sent via this form and to which only EMALEC’s sales department has access.
- Once responses have been provided to the sent requests, the personal data received by email (first name, last name, email, company, phone number, subject, and message) via the contact form are destroyed (deletion of the received email and emptying of the email inbox trash).
- This data is neither sold nor transmitted to third parties.
- You can exercise your right of withdrawal at any time by contacting us at: contact@emalec.com
3. Data voluntarily left by the user in the site's application form
This is data that you voluntarily provide to us by filling out and sending your application via the “Apply Now” form on the page: emalec.com/apply-now
- This data includes: last name, first name, email, phone number, address, and free comments.
- This data is not stored in the site’s database but is sent directly by email to the following address: recrutement@emalec.com, which receives contact requests sent via this form and to which only EMALEC’s sales department has access.
- Once responses have been provided to the sent requests, the personal data received by email (last name, first name, email, phone number, address, and free comments) via the contact form are destroyed (deletion of the received email and emptying of the email inbox trash)
- This data is neither sold nor transmitted to third parties.
