At Emalec, we place quality, safety, the environment and the well‑being of our employees at the heart of our activities. Our integrated Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) management system reflects this commitment, with objectives focused on client satisfaction, employee safety and environmental protection.

Quality and safety
Safety is a priority for all Emalec employees and is an integral part of our company culture. From day one, new recruits are trained in our golden safety rules, both on client sites and at our headquarters and subsidiaries.
Throughout the year, safety talks and ad‑hoc safety alerts reinforce best practices and enable quick responses to specific events. Safety is closely monitored by our regional managers, supervisors and project managers, who carry out regular HSE visits and quality checks on client sites.
Personal protective equipment (PPE) is also subject to systematic annual inspection.
Emalec is also a highly qualified company, covering a wide range of trades, particularly in building technologies.
Diversity, inclusion and training
At Emalec, we believe that diversity and inclusion are a strength and a true source of collective performance. Our commitment to equal opportunities is reflected daily in all our actions — recruitment, training and career development.
As signatories of the Diversity Charter, we actively fight against all forms of discrimination and ensure that every employee can thrive in a respectful and fair environment.
In 2024, our gender equality index reached 99/100, well above the sector average (80/100). This result reflects our determination to guarantee equality between women and men, including in technical professions where gender balance remains a challenge.
Concrete actions at the heart of our commitment
Our inclusion policy is embodied through tangible actions and strong partnerships:
to support young graduates from modest backgrounds in securing their first job.
a programme enabling apprentices and young graduates to obtain a recognised qualification and long term employment.
a solidarity based employer network supporting people far from employment.
to promote candidates’ real-world skills beyond their academic background.
promoting local professional reintegration.
One of our strongest commitments concerns the employment of people with disabilities.
Emalec is particularly proud to exceed the legal employment rate of 6% and reach 7%.
This figure reflects a long‑term and concrete commitment, still rare in our sector.
Personalised integration
We do everything possible to ensure successful and lasting integration:
- Adaptation of workstations according to specific needs
- Awareness and training of teams on diversity and disability
- Regular participation in DuoDays, allowing people with disabilities to discover our professions
- Personalised support for job retention
- Partnerships with organisations specialising in professional integration and rehabilitation
These concrete initiatives reflect a strong conviction: the diversity of backgrounds, profiles and experiences strengthens Emalec’s cohesion, innovation and performance.
Our ambition is clear: contribute to a more inclusive society by acting at our level, with sincerity and high standards.
Environment and waste management
At Emalec, we are committed to reducing the environmental impact of our activities.
Our technicians follow strict procedures for sorting, storing and monitoring waste, whether during maintenance operations, new works or multitechnical servicing.
We collaborate with specialised partners such as Elise, GFF, Quality Environnement, SLR and SARPI Veolia to ensure maximum waste recovery and transformation into reusable resources. Elise, for example, also plays a social role by employing people with disabilities or in reintegration programmes.
Thanks to our membership in ECOSYSTEM, our technicians can return Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) anywhere in France.
Ecological transition and decarbonisation
Aware of our environmental responsibility, we act to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions.
The geolocation of our fleet optimises technician travel, while 60% of our building heating relies on renewable energy.
Our CMMS Mozaris includes a carbon‑footprint calculator, enabling us to measure CO₂ emissions from our interventions and buildings.
We are working on the full carbon assessment and sustainable strategy of our group to continue improving our environmental performance.
