What is MASE Certification?
The MASE (Company Safety Improvement Manual) is a management system dedicated to health, safety, and the environment. It aims to sustainably improve companies’ HSE performance through an approach based on risk prevention and continuous improvement.
This certification assesses a company’s ability to control its risks, protect its employees, and ensure quality interventions for its clients.
Safety talks, site visits, prevention days, and sharing feedback all contribute to spreading a common HSE culture throughout the Group.
Why did Emalec commit to the MASE approach?
Our commitment to MASE primarily reflects a conviction of the Management: to sustainably develop a Health, Safety, and Environment culture at all levels of the company.

- 2019: first MASE certification
- 2023: certification renewal
- 2026: new renewal for 3 years, confirming the robustness of our HSE management system
