Emalec is the historical subsidiary of the Emalec Group. Located at the Group’s headquarters, the subsidiary supports its clients in the maintenance of their equipment and centrally coordinates the interventions of its in-house technicians.
The call center, or Helpdesk, responsible for handling client intervention requests, brings together nearly 80 employees. Structured around account managers, assistant account managers and customer coordinators, our teams are available to respond to all client needs.
To ensure that our technicians and partners arrive on site within the timeframe specified and approved by the customer, we have a planning department that manages the schedules of our network of technicians, optimising routes to minimise the environmental impact of our travel.
With a complete national coverage, the Emalec subsidiary operates on all types of sites : stores, agencies, offices, warehouses, hotels, industrial sites, and multi-site networks.
