At Emalec, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is central to our development strategy.
For many years, we have acted responsibly on social, societal, and environmental levels, convinced that sustainable performance relies on collective commitment and continuous improvement.
Governance and Management of Our CSR Approach
Our CSR policy is part of a clear and measurable framework, led by a CSR committee that meets quarterly.
Commitments and indicators are monitored:
- In the strategic committee with shareholders
- During quarterly committees bringing together all departments
Although not subject to the CSRD, Emalec conducted a double materiality analysis in 2025 to identify its priority issues in terms of impact and financial performance.
Our approach is aligned with the following Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): 3, 5, 7, 8, 10, 12, 13, and 17.

The health and safety of our employees and partners are an absolute priority.
Our commitments:
- Zero accident objective,
- Zero intervention without prior analysis,
- 100% of dangerous situations reported and analyzed.
To achieve this, we have developed a strong H culture: golden rules, H inductions, safety days, toolbox talks, health training (prevention of MSDs, psychosocial risks, etc.), and actions promoting physical activity.
With Emalec Academy, inaugurated in 2024, we place training at the heart of our development.
Our actions:
- A training center of over 500 m² dedicated to technical trades,
- Integration program for every new arrival,
- Promotion of inclusion, professional retraining, and gender equality.
Our results in professional equality are among the best in the sector.
Since 2020, we have measured our carbon emissions using a calculator integrated into our ERP. In 2025, we completed a full carbon footprint assessment (scopes 1, 2, and 3) according to the ADEME methodology.
Our ambition: to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050.

- Carbon monitoring of purchases,
- Selection of low-impact products and partners,
- Energy transition of the vehicle fleet,
- Optimization of travel and energy consumption,
- Supporting our clients towards greater energy efficiency.
